Big Billion Days 2026 bank offers

Every listing shouts a percentage. The percentage is almost never what you get. Bank discounts during Big Billion Days are capped at a flat amount, and on anything worth buying in a sale you hit that cap immediately — so the cap, not the percentage, is your real saving.

Last updated 7 August 2026. The 2026 partner bank has not been announced; it usually lands with the dates, expected around 26 September 2026. We list the terms here once they are official.

Work out your real discount first

Take the offer's cap and divide it by what you are spending. That percentage — not the headline — is what the card is worth to you on this order.

real discount = cap ÷ order value

In 2025 the offer was “10% instant discount, minimum spend ₹5,000, capped at ₹1,750”. You received the full 10% only while your order stayed at or below ₹17,500. Past that, the cap took over:

Order valueYou saveReal discount
17,5001,75010.00%
40,0001,7504.38%
80,0001,7502.19%
1,20,0001,7501.46%

The advertised number never changed. On a ₹1,20,000 order the offer is worth 1.46% — a seventh of what the banner claims.

Which banks have partnered before

Partners change year to year and Flipkart has often run more than one at a time. Only the editions we could verify against reporting are listed — older years are widely repeated across affiliate blogs but poorly sourced, and naming the wrong bank would send someone to open the wrong card. Treat this as a guide to who is likely, never a reason to apply for a card in advance.

EditionPartner bank(s)
2024HDFC Bank — 10% on credit and debit card transactions.
2025Axis Bank and ICICI Bank — 10% instant discount, minimum spend ₹5,000, capped at ₹1,750.

Read these terms before you pay

  • The cap. The single number that decides your saving on an expensive order.
  • Minimum spend. Offers usually require a floor. An exchange deduction can drop you under it.
  • Credit, debit, or EMI. Caps commonly differ by instrument, and EMI often carries the highest one.
  • Once per card, not per order. Spend the cap on your most expensive item.
  • Excluded categories. Gold, gift cards and some electronics are routinely carved out.

Common questions

Which bank is the Big Billion Days 2026 partner?

Flipkart announces the partner bank with the sale dates, usually a week or two ahead. Recent editions have run with more than one partner at once, and the card that saves you most differs by category — so wait for the announcement rather than opening a card on speculation.

Is the 10% instant discount really 10%?

Only on small orders. The discount is capped at a flat rupee amount, so on anything expensive the cap is what you actually receive. On a phone costing well above the cap, a '10% off' offer may work out closer to 3-4% of the price.

Do debit cards qualify?

Sometimes, and usually at a lower cap than credit cards. EMI transactions often carry the highest cap of all. Read which instruments the offer covers before assuming your card qualifies.

Can I use the bank offer more than once?

Offers are normally limited per card and per bank account for the sale period, not per order. If you are buying several expensive items, the cap applies once — so put the largest item on the offer card and pay for the rest another way.

Does the exchange offer reduce my bank discount?

It can. Exchange value comes off the order total first, and the bank discount is calculated on what remains. A large trade-in can drop the order below the minimum spend the offer requires, or below the cap. Price the order both ways before paying.
